How to make repairs in the apartment

Often there are situations when, after purchasing an apartment, people do not have enough money left to repair their dreams. But do not despair, there is always a way out. How to make a good repair for relatively little money? This is the question I will answer in the course of this article. Go!

1. We begin the repair from the ceiling. Options with suspended and plasterboard ceilings immediately disappear. Our eyes will fall on whitewashing with water-based paint. But before proceeding directly to whitewashing, you should plaster the surface of the ceiling, of course, if it has irregularities, or just walk the skin over all the irregularities. When, after work, the ceiling becomes as smooth and even as possible, no one will have a thought that this was an economical repair option. Another, not unsuccessful option is to stick tile for the ceiling. Here already, as they say, who has what taste and color. The choice does not stop at one option, the range is extremely large.
2. Then come the walls. You probably already guessed what would be the most economical option. Right, wallpaper. But I’ll say right away, it’s not worth trifling too much, as they will wear out very quickly, and as a result they will have to be changed. A very good option can be wallpaper for painting. This type of wallpaper does not need to be changed, just repaint it in a different color and that's it! If it comes to the bathroom, then the wall decoration with tiles can be replaced on plastic panels.
3. At the finish line floor. If the apartment does not have a screed on the floor, then it is better to start a high-quality apartment renovation from it, and not from the ceilings, as mentioned in the first paragraph. If there are no problems with this, then linoleum is by far the best option. But then again, if it comes to the bathroom, it is better to use the tiles. It will be, so to speak, an investment for the future :). And so that the repair does not look like “unfinished”, it is worth spending money on the floor plinth. If this is not done, linoleum will bend around the edges, dirt, ardor will fall there, in general, not the best idea.
